Hey Adam! I’ve been following SINS for a bit now and am so ready to go paleo and dive into this crossfit “cult” head first! I will be chronicling my journey on my blog and will start with 40 days on Wednesday…gotta have that FAT Tuesday! Thanks for the movitvation!!!

I’ve started a “Yoga for Athletes” class at the gym I work at, trying to get some CrossFit peeps in… A restorative yoga class would be great for you in the mornings since you said you fast. I’ll be keeping in touch, I’m sure I’ll need the motivation in the beginning! Thanks!!
