I’m told over and over again how helpful my book, “The Paleo Dieter’s Missing Link,” is in understanding Paleo and how helpful my Q and A videos are on sorting out specific training and diet issues. But none of these can compare to targeted, one-on-one help that address YOUR specific issues, concerns and questions. As many books as I’ve read and as many seminars as I’ve attended, I’ve never found anything more helpful than specific one-on-one help from a highly experienced coach – and virtually everyone I talk to agrees!

So, here’s an opportunity to work one-on-one with me to tune up your program and get on the right track!

Right now, I’m offering Paleo Diet coaching and CrossFit-based fitness or strength program design and troubleshooting. My advice is highly informed, practical and completely free of dogma, politics and rigid rules. My goal is to find what works FOR YOU and gets YOU the results you’re after – not advancing my own theories or methodology.

  • 2 Hours of Phone Time with me (Usually an hour to get started and 2 – 30min sessions over the course of a month or so)
  • Fully customized eating plan based on the foods that are uniquely suited to you
  • Access to me by email for questions and follow up

Strength Training or Fitness Starter Program – $299

  • 2 Hours of Phone Time with me (Usually an hour to get started and 2 – 30min sessions over the course of a month or so)
  • Fully customized and periodized training plan based on your goals the training modes you have available and enjoy
  • Access to me by email for questions and follow up
  • Free copy of my eBook “The Paleo Dieter’s Missing Link”

Paleo Diet AND Strenght Training or Fitness Starter Program -$499

  • 4 Hours of Phone Time with me (Usually an hour on diet and an hour on training to get started and 4 – 30min sessions over the course of 6 weeks or so)
  • Fully customized eating plan based on the foods that are uniquely suited to you and a fully customized and periodized training plan based on your goals the training modes you have available and enjoy
  • Access to me by email for questions and follow up

Advice and Coaching by the Hour – $99/hour

One hour of phone time on whatever topic or topics you need help with.
